Agam was born from a life deeply rooted in the art and cultural traditions of India, and a belief that a home in Britain can still speak fluently in the language of your faraway origins.
A vision of India
Over the years, a vast assortment of eclectic objects, from India and from around the world, has been turned into the materials of a lived-in, loved, and welcoming family home.
In classical Tamil poetry, Agam is the inner world of attachment and emotion. My work is to blur that line between the internal and the external. Not decorating a room, but making a home that finally feels like who you are.
